How will I receive the gift card?

We can provide the gift card as a hard copy, which can be arranged for in-person pickup at our studio in Remuera, Auckland. Alternatively, we can mail the hard copy to you at an additional shipping cost based on the local post office rates. We also offer the option to email an image of the gift card once your order is placed and payment is received in full.

How do I redeem my gift card and what are the terms of use?

To redeem, contact us via email at learn@ajstudio.online with the unique code provided. Our team will assist in applying the balance towards any AJ Studio program.

Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Validity: The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please ensure it is used within this period as extensions are not available.
Partial Use: The gift card can be used partially. Any remaining balance will be available for future use until the gift card’s expiration date.

Can I transfer my gift card or use multiple cards for one purchase?

Yes, the gift card is transferable within the valid period, but please note that the validity period cannot be extended due to the transfer.

Multiple gift cards can be combined to cover the cost of a single purchase, provided they are all within their validity period.

What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Please treat your gift card like cash. AJ Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift card.

How can I use the gift card and what programs are eligible?

The gift card can be used towards any AJ Studio program, including holiday programs, term classes, online sessions, and private lessons. To check your gift card balance, please email us at learn@ajstudio.online and we will assist you.
